30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Forever Mine Diamonds, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure peace of mind when shopping with us.

Return Conditions:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unworn condition with the original packaging, tags, and certificates (including GIA, IGI, or other relevant documents) intact.

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

  • International Orders: Please note, our free return policy applies only to domestic orders within the United States. International returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

How to Return Your Order:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at shopatfmd@foreverminediamonds.com or call (240) 347-7388. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a pre-paid, fully insured return label via email within two business days.

  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack your item in its original packaging. Attach the provided return label to the package.

  4. Ship the Item: Drop off the package at your nearest FedEx location for return shipping.

  5. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Please note, the item returned must meet the conditions mentioned above.

Damages & Issues:

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at shopatfmd@foreverminediamonds.com or call (240) 347-7388. We will resolve the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange.

Free Lifetime Warranty & Resizing:

  • Free Lifetime Warranty: All purchases are covered by our Lifetime Warranty, which includes free repairs for any manufacturer defects.

  • Free Resizing: We offer free resizing for your jewelry, as part of our Lifetime Warranty (Note: Eternity bands are non-resizable).

European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling Off Period):

If your purchase is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period. During this time, you can return the item for any reason, provided it is unworn, unused, and in original condition. You must return the item within 14 days of receipt, and provide proof of purchase.

Please Note:

  • Items returned outside of the 30-day window or in non-original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

  • For customized or personalized items, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.
