At Forever Mine Diamonds, we take pride in providing a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and secure shipping services. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to ensure that your jewelry arrives safely and promptly.

Complimentary Shipping & Returns

We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders. Each item is carefully packaged, fully insured, and shipped using only the most reputable and reliable courier services. Your jewelry will be delivered safely and securely.

Production Time

Each piece of jewelry is custom-made with care, and our production time is typically 5-7 business days. Once your jewelry is completed, it will be shipped via FedEx’s 2-day shipping service, fully insured, with a signature required upon delivery.

Signature Required

For your security, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery, regardless of any waivers you may have with the courier service. This ensures your package arrives safely at your address. Our double-boxed packaging is fully insured until it reaches your shipping address. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

If you need your order shipped to an alternative address (e.g., as a gift or to a different location), please ensure that your credit card or bank institution has the correct address on file. This added security measure helps prevent fraud and ensures smooth processing and delivery.

Hold at FedEx® Location

If you prefer not to have your order delivered to your home, we can arrange for your package to be held at a local FedEx® location for pick-up at your convenience. For your protection, signature and proof of identity will be required to pick up the package. If you'd like your package to be held, or need assistance finding the nearest FedEx® location, please contact us.

International Orders

For international shipments, we use FedEx International Priority® to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Please note that all international orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the country of import. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

P.O. Box Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses due to the nature of our high-value shipments. All orders require a physical street address for delivery.

APO/FPO Addresses

Forever Mine Diamonds is not responsible for shipments to APO/FPO addresses once the package is handed over to the Postal Service.

Packaging

Each order will arrive in our luxurious Forever Mine Diamonds packaging, complete with all necessary documents, including appraisals and diamond certificates (if applicable).
